Home with soot damage

This home had heavy soot damage through out. We came in and removed all contents for cleaning. Had the textiles picked up and cleaned by a vendor we partner with and worked hand in hand with the adjuster and the home owner to get everyone on the same page. We cleaned the structure and prepped home for what needed to be painted and removed affected flooring so our flooring vendor could get in and replace the affected areas. Once contents were cleaned and soot removed we stored them at our facility until the repair process was complete. We were able to get everything removed, replaced or cleaned in a timely manor and the customers were very pleased.
