Son's Room Tear Out

This bedroom was one of many rooms affected by water. After days of below freezing temperatures a lot of home owners in our area were experiencing frozen pipes, Unfortunately Mr. Bass had a frozen pipe that busted and affected more than one room in his home. This was his son's room, which is just to the left of the bathroom where the pipe busted and water covered the floor. It started seeping under the laminate flooring and the flooring was absorbing the water which caused it to buckle. All of the laminate had to removed and disposed of because it ended up warping. We set drying equipment throughout the home to remove any moisture and ensure mold does not begin to grow.
